Partner with boards and executive committees to align on new strategies and translate them in business objectives.
Design and facilitate leadership development programs, facilitation and team coaching trajectories, and large‑scale organizational workshops.
Support organizations in organizational redesign, role clarity, governance, and collaboration models.
Work extensively with IT, infrastructure, regulatory, and professional services environments, where clarity, trust, and execution matter.
Before founding Yeast :I was a company lawyer and a start up executive in Belgium and the US. I rely on a multidisciplinary expertise in law and entrepreneurship, a solid experience in leading teams in a high-demanding and innovative environment and a deep record of managing complex strategic business and legal challenges in public, corporate and start-up environments.
